    How long will it take to get my order??

    Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. Depending on your location, most items should be arrive within 5-10 business days from time of shipping. (We do not work weekends and holidays)

    Please note that large sales may result in slight delays. In such cases, the customer will be notified at the given email address prior to shipping the order. We would like to assure our customers that we make every effort to see that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

    Do you take phone orders??

    We do not take orders over the phone. However, if you need customer support please email us at magwedge@gmail.com

    What forms of payment do you accept??

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal and Email Money Transfer.

    How much is shipping and handling? ?

    Please read our shipping policy before placing an order. All orders over $200 have free shipping*, otherwise we charge a $15 flat rate.

    * Some exceptions apply.

    Can I add to an order once it's been submitted??

    No, you cannot edit an order once it has been placed.

    Can I return items??

    We are proud to offer a no-hassle 14 day return policy (within reason) from point of receipt of product. Please contact us by email at Magwedge@gmail.com to make use of this policy.

    Shipping costs for returns within 14 days are the customer’s responsibility. A full credit will be applied as long as the item is in new unopened condition. Return policy does not apply to USA and other foreign shipments due to potential export violations.

    Does Magwedge.com provide any kind of warranty? ?

    We are proud to offer a repair or replace warranty on all Magwedge products as long as the issue is a warrantable issue. Please contact us by email at magwedge@gmail.com if you would like to return anything for this reason. A pre-paid return shipping label will be emailed to you.

    Magwedge.com, at their discretion, will repair the product, unless deemed unrepairable or too expensive to do so, in which case, the product will be replaced with a product of like kind and quality. A full credit will be applied where no replacement product is available. Magwedge.com does not cover physical, water, improper usage and/or cosmetic damage or theft, loss and Acts of God or situations where the product was improperly put back together after being disassembled.

    Our Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
